The Guiding Light Shines on Haven
As part of a national volunteer effort, actors, crew and producers from The Guiding Light came to Norfolk on Saturday, March 31st to give Haven House a
much needed face lift.
Cast, crew and ForKids staff "take 5" for a break during painting and landscaping.
This project, known as "Find Your Light," was one of many volunteer events that mark the
70th anniversary of The Guiding Light.
VOLUNTEER Hampton Roads introduced the project to ForKids, which came just in time to repaint the shelter after completing major renovations. Below are just a few of the moments captured throughout the day.
