Elbert Watson is the Dance master at Norfolk Academy, where he has taught for twenty-seven years. Elbert is a former principal dancer with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. He has taught ballet, modern, jazz and liturgical dance in colleges and schools, both locally and throughout the world.
