Hotline for Homeless Families
Volunteer Project
ForKids is participating in
Norfolk's Hotline for Homeless Families, a new
collaborative program with the
City of Norfolk and
other family shelters.
The program will provide
homeless families in
Norfolk with a central phone
number
to call for
shelter assistance.
We are looking for volunteers to
assist shelter staff during high volume call times.

Volunteers interested in working with our children must complete a criminal background check for which there is a one-time fee of $16. Please bring exact change or make your check payable to ForKids, inc.
